You can register patients in the office in seconds and it sends them a link giving them access. Online Systems Survey

Registration - Patients click a link in a text or email sent by our system or you can give them your custom URL to access your site.

It's Simple - Patients simply view the introduction video that explains the value of the survey and they answer the survey questions.

Results - We tabulate the answers to survey questions in a variety of ways to give you all the options possible.

You will see results for groups based on:

• Overall Raw and Weighted Group Scores - Not all groups have the same number of questions so we give you both the raw score and then we weigh answers more heavily for groups with fewer questions.
• Group Scores Based Only on Those Marked Severe - This allows you to look over the recommendations based on the most pressing complaints.
• Scores Weighted Heavily for the Patient's Primary Complaints - We ask patients to indicate which symptoms are primary complaints and then give then extra weight when scoring groups. This allows you to see which groups have the highest score after taking into account the patient's priority symptoms.
• Protocols For the Top Five Primary Complaints - Once all the questions have been answered and we know which symptoms are most important to the patient, we ask them to narrow them down to the top five and give you a protocol for each. This allows you to take that into consideration when making your recommendations.
• Protocols for Known Conditions - If in addition to the symptoms included in the survey they also have a known (diagnosed) condition, and they also have a condition listed in the Clinical Reference Guide, we ask them to choose from a list taken from the clinical reference Guide and provide you with protocols for them as well. This allows you to consider all the options before choosing a protocol.

Recommendations - You can choose an approach and accept, reject or add products recommended in one of the other approaches. You can consider daily, weekly, and monthly cost and modify the standard dosage if necessary. It couldn't be easier.

Reports - When you are ready, print, text or email a report of your findings that includes a graph showing how they scored by group, your recommendations, dosage, and special instructions with a list of products they will need. If you have a level 2 or 3 subscription it will also list the specific videos waiting for them to view when they log into your ENA website. It sends them a link they simply click and it takes them to their videos.

This makes it possible to email or text prior patient a link to your systems survey with all the information they need to understand why completing the survey would be worth their time. This is a great way to reactivate patients.

16 Group Lifestyle Recommendation Videos

Once you have decided on the group you focus your attention on, select the Lifestyle Recommendation video for that group and the system will notify your patient that you have recommended one or more videos and they are waiting for them to view.

These videos explain what it means to focus your attention on one area, providing some background and basic understanding about the systems involved. It also suggest lifestyle and dietary changes the patient can make to improve the effectiveness of any supplementation program you recommend.
